Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your account and associated personal data from the “Usaş Lokum” mobile application, you may submit a request by contacting us.

Send an email to support@bold2digital.com with the subject line “Usaş Lokum – Account Deletion Request”.

What happens next

• Your request will be reviewed within 7 business days.
• You may be asked to verify ownership of the account.
• Once verified, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.

Data that will be deleted

Upon approval, the following data will be removed:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Order history
• Device and push notification tokens
• Account credentials

Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained for legal, tax, or accounting obligations:

• Invoice records
• Transaction logs required by law

Such data is retained only for the legally required duration, and deleted once that period ends.
