1. How payments work
All payments are handled via external bank virtual POS systems. Bold2Digital never sees, stores or processes payment details.
2. Refunds, cancellations and disputes
Refunds, cancellations, or disputes are subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider and the service agreement with the business.
Raise your request with the business you bought from first. You are welcome to write to us with questions about the process.
