Bold2Digital (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your rights.

It applies to the website at bold2digital.com and to the mobile applications published and operated by Bold2Digital on Google Play, the App Store and other application stores.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the Service.

• Contact details you submit: name, email address, and where given, phone number and company
• The message you write in the form
• Basic technical data: device type, operating system, app version, anonymised usage

We do not collect payment data. We do not use ads or advertising identifiers.

2. Payments

Payments made through the app are processed via secure external bank virtual POS systems. Bold2Digital does not store or process credit card or payment information. All payment data is handled directly by the payment provider.

• Provide and improve the Service
• Respond to support requests
• Ensure security and prevent abuse

When you complete the contact form on the website, we use what you give us only to reply to you and assess your request.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your data. We may share limited data with the providers that keep the Service running, or with authorities where legally required.

• Hosting: the servers running the website and application infrastructure
• Google LLC: contact form entries are stored in Google Sheets and the notification email is sent through Google infrastructure
• Our email provider: messages you send reach us through it

Some of these providers are located outside Türkiye. By submitting the form you agree to your details being transferred abroad for this purpose.

5. Cookies and browser storage

We use no advertising or tracking cookies on the website. We only use your browser's local storage to remember your preferences: the light or dark theme you picked, and a flag so the intro animation is not repeated in the same session. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and for any period the law requires.

7. Your rights and deletion

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

• Learn whether your data is processed, and request information if it is
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected
• Ask for deletion or destruction where the conditions are met
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

Write to hello@bold2digital.com. We answer within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission is completely secure, and we say so plainly.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If we learn that we hold such data, we delete it.

10. Legal compliance

We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including KVKK (Türkiye, Law No. 6698) and GDPR where applicable.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page and the date at the top will be updated.
